It’s Valentines Day. Whether you’re spending the day with your significant other or proudly single, there’s no better day to indulge yourself in a rich, chocolatey dessert. That is the inspiration for this delectable pairing. An extremely rich, creamy and boozy chocolate cocktail pairs perfectly with Gold and Ivy’s limited edition Indulge candle. Delicious notes of mocha, cocoa and almond will be sure to set the mood for whatever your nights’ plans are.    

Ingredients
• 2 ounces milk or dark chocolate (Godiva 72% Cacao Dark Chocolate)
• 1 cup chocolate ice cream (Ben & Jerry’s Dairy Free Chocolate Fudge Brownie)
• 2 ounces Irish cream liqueur
• 1 ounce cream de cacao
• 1 ounce vodka

  1. Cut half your chocolate into small 1/2″ cubes, and grate/mince the other half.
  2. Place the chocolate cubes in a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute, then stir until melted. Dip the rims of your glass in the melted chocolate and then dip in the grated shreds.
  3. In a blender, combine ice cream, Irish cream liqueur, cream de cacao, and vodka. Blend until mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour into prepared glasses. Serve immediately.
